Our end-to-end processing facilities mean that we have oversight and quality control on the entire process from seed selection to extraction.
200 Hectars
Agro Hemp Iberia contracts 50 hectars of prime farmland in nothern Spain and Portugal, with the potential to expand up to 200 hectars with our farmer-partners. At full capacity, our state of the art facility will be able to process 5,500 tonnes of hemp grain and over 400,000 kg of hemp biomass for CBD. We also work ad-hoc for the clients depending on their needs finding the best solutions.
Organic Farming Practices
When it comes to the seed selection, identifying the best land and implementing high yield, technology-enabled, sustainable farming practices - our farmers are invested. In fact, they are all part-owners in Agro Hemp Iberia Ventures and play a critical role in our success and their own.
CBD Process System
Agro Hemp Iberia has developed a unique system to address the many challenges of broad-acre farming for CBD. Our state-of-the-art facility can process 4,500 tonnes per year of hemp biomass - reducing the volume of material by 80-90% for more efficient transport while increasing CBD potency by 3-5x resulting in more efficient extraction and lower costs. In keeping with our zero waste philosophy, we turn the ‘waste’ biomass into other industrial and feed products.

CBD BIOMASS & FLOWERS
We offer top Licensed Producers with a full supply chain solution for RFL™ (reduced flower & leaf) hemp-derived CBD biomass for extraction. RFL™ biomass is made up of the dried plant matter used for the production of refined hemp products.
HEMP SEEDS
Hulled hemp seeds are one of the best sources of vegetable protein in the world. They're highly versatile, easily digestible and they taste delicious. Hulled hemp seeds are whole seeds after the crunchy outer shells have been removed.

HEMP PROTEIN POWDER
Hemp Protein Powder is made from hemp seed cake and is an excellent source of plant-based protein. This complete protein is packed with antioxidants, minerals, fibre, and heart-healthy unsaturated fats.
HEMP SEED OIL
Hemp Seed oil (not to be confused with CBD Oil) is harvested by cold-pressing hemp seeds and provides a natural source of important nutrients, fatty acids, terpenes, and proteins.
